Converge Street LLC (hereinafter “Converge Street” or “we”) values your right to privacy. This policy governs the collection of personal information through any Converge Street website or through the provision of our services and/or products to you. 1. Information Converge Street Collects.

Unregistered Users of Converge Street Websites

Converge Street clients and customers can register at the Converge Street website to take advantage of personalization features and to access information provided by Converge Street tailored to your business.

If you do not register with Converge Street, or if you are not a customer of Converge Street, then the information we collect from you is limited. However, for any user of any Converge Street website, we log the user’s IP address in order to help diagnose problems with our server(s), administer our websites and track usage statistics. Your IP address may vary each time you visit, or it may be the same. We make no attempt to identify you personally you through your IP address. You can provide your email address to receive other information from our company. If you register with us, we will collect personal information from you in addition to the non-personal information described above. Personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, user name and password, as well as other business contact information. The information we collect may vary, but we only collect the information that you manually enter into our forms or otherwise authorize us to collect. 4. Billing Information.

Financial information including credit card and bank account information, and other such billing information is not stored on Converge Street servers or any Converge Street databases unless you provide your billing information to us outside of our normal secure billing process. When you submit financial information on a Converge Street website, the information is encrypted and sent encrypted via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection to be processed by a secure third-party payment processing service. Unless required by legal authorities, Converge Street will never share or disclose this information with any third-party aside from payment processors, merchant accounts, and data security services with a specific relationship to Converge Street to provide such services and/or products.

5. Links to Third-Party Websites.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on any Converge Street website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Converge Street has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites whatsoever. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our websites and welcome any feedback about these third-party websites.

6. Privacy Policy for Children.

Converge Street offers business services, and as such, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 on the website. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide any information to us. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

7. Changes to Converge Street’s Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change this policy—at any time—should we deem it advisable to do so. We will always post the latest date indicating the most current policy in effect. Any update will automatically apply so we encourage you to review this policy on a regular basis. If we make material changes that will affect personal information we have already collected from you, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the changes and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your registration.
